Clothing Care
Always check the care label inside your garment before washing, as instructions may vary depending on the fabric.
Unless the care label states otherwise, we advise:
* Washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
* Washing similar colours together.
* Turning garments inside out before washing.
* Avoiding bleach and harsh stain-removing products.
* Air-drying garments flat.
* Avoiding tumble drying unless specifically permitted on the care label.
* Using a cool iron or steamer where appropriate.
Take extra care with delicate fabrics, embroidery, sequins, trims and embellishments. These items may require hand washing or professional dry cleaning.
Natural fabrics and dyed garments may experience slight shrinkage, fading or colour transfer. We recommend washing darker and brighter colours separately.
The garment’s sewn-in care label should always take priority over this general guidance.
Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is designed as fashion jewellery and should be handled with care.
To help preserve its colour and finish:
* Avoid contact with water, perfume, hairspray, moisturiser, fake tan and household cleaning products.
* Remove jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming or exercising.
* Do not wear jewellery while sleeping.
* Store each piece separately in a dry place, ideally inside its pouch.
* Gently wipe jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
* Do not use chemical jewellery cleaners or abrasive cloths.
Plated and fashion jewellery may naturally tarnish, fade or show signs of wear over time. This is not considered a manufacturing fault. The speed of wear can vary depending on skin chemistry, moisture, products used and how the jewellery is stored.
If you have sensitive skin or a known metal allergy, please check the product information before wearing. Stop wearing the item immediately if irritation occurs.
Jewellery Safety Warning
Jewellery is not a toy and may contain small parts that could present a choking hazard.
