What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment provider that allows eligible customers to choose a flexible payment option when shopping with us.
How can I pay with Klarna?
Select Klarna at checkout. Subject to approval, you may be offered the option to pay in three instalments or pay within 30 days. The available options will be shown during checkout.
Who can use Klarna?
You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident. All purchases are subject to Klarna’s approval and eligibility checks.
When will my payments be taken?
Your payment dates and amounts will be confirmed by Klarna after you place your order. You can view and manage your payments through the Klarna app or your Klarna account.
What happens if I return an item?
Return your order to us in accordance with our returns policy. Once we process your return, Klarna will adjust or cancel your remaining payments. Continue making any payments due until Klarna confirms that your payment schedule has been updated.
Who should I contact about my payments?
For questions about your Klarna account, approval decision or payment schedule, please contact Klarna Customer Service.
Important information
Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Subject to status. T&Cs and late fees apply.
Do not include the old wording saying Klarna Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 is “unregulated”—that became incorrect from 15 July 2026. Your existing On-Site Messaging should update its own disclosures automatically. Klarna’s current UK guidance confirms this.
