An automated order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order occurs when your goods are dispatched.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers including Shopify Payments and PayPal.

South of the River does not store full payment card information.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery information, charges and estimated delivery times are available within our Delivery Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Customs clearance

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with South of the River until payment has been received in full.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

9. MOBILE APPLICATION

South of the River operates a mobile application powered by Shopney.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure continuous access, we do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from interruptions.

We reserve the right to update, modify or withdraw app features without notice.

10. PROMOTIONS, OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers, discount codes and incentives are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • We reserve the right to cancel promotions where misuse is suspected.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
