Our New Normal

our new normal...

We are very much looking forward to seeing you in store, we have been working hard and have had a huge change around to make us socially distant for everyone!

To ensure that we can all have a lovely experience in store, we are making some changes to the way we shop for the future.

We will be having slightly shorter hours (mon to sat - 10am to 2pm) so we can make sure all guidelines are observed. 

Our priority is the safety of our team and our customers; to manage the number of people in store at any one time, we have set up a browse and shop appointment system online, where you can book a time to come into the store. This time slot means you won't have to queue to get into the store and you will be safe in the knowledge that there will be one other customer there too.  All calm and social distant.

If you do not have a time booked, then we may ask you to wait outside until we can let you in.

To enter the store, please ring the doorbell and we will welcome you at the entrance and ask you to use the hand sanitiser on entry and exit (if you have booked a time slot - please show your emailed confirmation). Please do not to enter the shop wearing your own gloves.  We can provide them if asked, we do also encourage you to wear a face mask.

Our shop has a natural one way flow to it now, which we will ask you to follow whilst keeping a 2m distance from our team and other customers at all times.

There will be a protective screen at our counter and we would ask that payment be made by card only.  The pin pad and counter will be cleaned after every customer.

There will be a fitting room available - we won't be actively encouraging you to try on. If anything is tried on a basket is available to place the garments in and we will quarantine any clothes.  

We will be doing cleaning checks through out the day and do ask to try and not touch the products.

Our returns policy has now changed to sync up with our online policy, thus you can: choose them in store, pay and take home or view on our online store use the  click and collect service, try them at home, return to store any that are not suitable and receive a full refund.  This means that we will offer a 30 day refund policy for both in store and online purchases - t&c's apply.

Do hope that this is all good and clear, this maybe amended in time and as advice changes.
