SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

 

We beautifully wrap your items in luxe tissue paper and pop it into beautiful packaging for you to enjoy when you receive it xxx

 

         UK DELIVERY

  • Standard P&P is FREE.
  • During busy times and after weekends, we may take an extra day or two in dispatching your order, when you receive your shipping confirmation email from us, your fabulous parcel should be with you with 24-48 hours. Happy days!!
  • We send out our deliveries using First Class Tracked 24 from Royal Mail Or the Royal Mail 24 depending on size and value.
  • Once the parcel has been received by the Post Office, our website will send you a tracking/reference number for your order.  It will take up to 24-48 hours to receive your order, it could take longer due to some unforeseen delays.
  • During busy periods of the year, for us, this is Christmas and Summer months, it may take an extra day to send out.  
  • Royal Mail will send you a tracking number on your orders via the shipping confirmation email. This can be used online at Royal Mail to show the status of the delivery.  With the Royal Mail 24 service it will show online that it has been delivered, we cannot track it through this service.  With the Tracked 24 service, the status of the delivery can be seen. You may also receive via email and SMS status updates too.  Dependant on the value you may need to sign for it.
  • If Royal Mail cannot deliver the parcel, it will be returned to your local delivery office. They usually notify you with a  RED notification card through your mail box. You can go online and re-arrange the delivery or collect it the following day.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please email us at hello@southoftheriver.co.uk and we will look into it and try and track it down.
  • Our daily cut off point on all orders placed is 1pm, and we will do our best to despatch that day.  However in busy times we may need an extra day for despatching an order.  
  • If you place your order on a Friday after 1pm, then it is most likely it will be dealt with over the weekend and sent out the following Monday.  
  • We cannot guarantee any Saturday deliveries.
  • An email confirming successful transmission of your order will be sent to you confirming shipping, you will also be able to download your receipt and returns form.
  • We cannot take responsibility or liability in cases where we have attempted delivery and no-one has been available to sign for goods.

Personalised and custom made items

  • Please allow 5-7 days for items to be made and sent to you as each item is personal to you.

EUROPE

  • We use the Royal Mail's tracked service for the outer areas of the UK and Europe with a 2kg limit which is most garments & will be a £9.99 charge.
  • Please allow up to 7-21 working days to arrive after despatch.

USA & CANADA 

  • We use Royal Mail's tracked worldwide service with a 2kg limit which is most garments & will be a £12.95 charge.
  • Please allow up to 15-21 working days to arrive after despatch.
      

WORLDWIDE SERVICE

  • We use Royal Mail's tracked worldwide service with a 2kg limit which is most garments & will be a £14.95 charge.
  • Please allow up to 15-21 working days to arrive after despatch.
  • Please be aware you will be liable for the customs and duties that goods attract in your country.  
     


Very heavy or oversized items will attract additional charges. We will email you before we despatch to confirm the order.
